A&W Carlingwood Shopping Centre
RoJo Construction engaged in the tenant improvement project for the A&W food court restaurant located at Carlingwood Shopping Centre. This project was completed in a compressed schedule format giving us nine days to demolish the restaurant and rebuild it to open. It was performed in the critical environment area of the mall’s food court requiring us to hoard off the area and work within our claimed space. The project was delivered successfully, and the restaurant reopened with a completed, renovated and updated space.
