CIBC Compressed Schedule

Over the years RoJo has been retained by CIBC many times to complete their compressed schedule projects. This is a model CIBC has created to minimize the interruption to the bank’s operations and allow for the construction to be completed. The bank closes their operations on Friday afternoon and reopens in two weeks with a completely rebuilt facility. In that two-week period RoJo is tasked with a full demolition and re construction of the facility. Often these projects require abatement at the beginning due to the age of the buildings. Within the scope of work is a complete redesign with new walls, ceiling, flooring and millwork. At the beginning of the second week the project is required to be ready to receive the client’s new furniture and equipment for setup and commissioning. RoJo has completed many projects successfully under this model.
