After many successful years of relationship between RoJo Construction, CIBC and BGIS, RoJo was engaged to complete five small renovation projects in Ottawa and Montreal for CIBC’s new image. With this renovation project, the branch is doing away with the teller line and installing technology kiosks throughout the branch for training and sampling purposes. The projects are all completed on the same schedule causing the branch to be closed for a short period of time. Scheduling is everything on these projects, a slip on the schedule is simply not tolerated. Due to the long-standing successful relationship CIBC has engaged RoJo with a CCDC2MA (Master Agreement) style contract where each individual location can be approved with a work authorization eliminating the need for additional paperwork and tenders.
