Costco Business Centre Expansion
RoJo Construction was engaged to complete a tenant improvement project at the Costco Business Centre located in Scarborough, Ontario. In order to maximize their current space, the existing interior loading dock was moved to an exterior loading dock, adding 4,000 square feet of usable warehouse space.
