Costco North Mississauga Tenant Improvement
RoJo engaged in the tenant improvement project for a Costco Wholesale warehouse located in Mississauga, Ontario. The scope of work included: the preparation and installation of new coolers and freezers, concrete curbs, electrical, structural reinforcement of the roof, new plumbing and drains in the bakery area. This project required a lot of coordination with the warehouse staff as RoJo was expected to perform the work while the warehouse remained fully operational. This included separation for safety for the patrons and the workers and coordination of working hours to minimize any impact on the store.
