Costco Regional Head Office
Due to a long and successful relationship with Costco, RoJo Construction engaged in the construction of the new corporate regional head office for the Canadian eastern division. The construction included alterations to the 30,000 square foot multi use facility which included offices, kitchens, a gym and product testing lab. The project was executed in a compressed schedule format with very little time between the commencement of the project and the client’s move in period. RoJo was able to move very quickly getting the project tendered and in motion. The management staff worked with the client to make the final decisions while the project was in motion and deliver the completed project as requested on the schedule required.
