Costco Tire Centres
RoJo Construction was engaged to complete several additions to the Tire Centres in Costco Wholesale stores across Canada, including Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Langley and Burnaby. The work included moving existing services in the way for the new footprint and completing the construction on the additions. The additions had foundations, block walls, steel structure and roofing. The new additions were a conventional steel framed structure sited in the pre-engineered ‘Butler’ main building. RoJo has maintained a long-standing reputation in this fast paced and demanding environment. The projects were in the clients front parking lot and the construction was completed while the store was operational. Hoarding and safety signs were used to separate the construction space from the public space.
