RoJo Construction was able to work with the franchisee and corporate office to develop a new retail location. The project was a tenant improvement model in a landlord supplied space that was completed over the winter, to be ready for the high season in early spring. RoJo’s transparent communication and helpful attitude allowed a great relationship between the parties and helped complete this project and deliver as desired. The project consisted of a fast-food dining room, hot and cold prep areas with specialized equipment for ice cream production and storage.
