RoJo completes tenant improvements for the Government of Canada; these projects require a secret level of clearance for all members of the construction force. These requirements coupled with a building’s location and its operating procedures create many challenges for the construction such as limited availability of a service elevators, noise restrictions, maintaining a secure environment and access.
