Private Wealth Management
Private Wealth Management (PWM) is an upper tier investment company, owned by CIBC, that delivers investment opportunities to their elite clientele. RoJo was hired to conduct a tenant improvement to PWM’s new space at 150 Elgin, downtown Ottawa. The space was in a new, certified Leed gold class ‘A’ office tower building and required a high level of finish. The space had several unique assemblies and products specified for use to make the space portray the class and distinction required to instil confidence in their clients. A sliding partition that was planned to be built specifically for the client, could not be delivered, resulting in significant setbacks in the project schedule. RoJo worked diligently with the client to ensure the construction continued, while the project was brought back on schedule thanks to the dedication of the entire RoJo team. RoJo communicated effectively with CIBC and Brookfield to deliver a world class office space within the timeframe allowed.
