RoJo was engaged to build the Tiree new office in Ottawa. Based on a successful delivery and relationship, Tiree decided to sole source RoJo on their new project, with the expectations of the same professional service. RoJo completed the interior tenant fit-up of the new space adjacent to the client’s current space on the second floor. The scope of work included construction of hard walls, installation of interior doors, flooring and finishes in an open plan concept, including lighting, electrical and mechanical modifications.
